Edmund was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a company listed on the NZX and ASX for almost 4 years. Prior to that, Edmund was the General Manager of an Auckland based SME with full profit and loss responsibility. Before that, Edmund held senior finance positions internationally.
Edmund graduated from the University of Adelaide, Australia in 1992 with a Bachelor of Economics and has been a full member of CPA Australia since 1996. Edmund is also a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia). He has an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Edmund attended the Wharton Executive Development Program in 2006.
Edmund is in the valuable position of having worked in senior finance positions in corporates and having first-hand experience of leading and growing an SME.
As a seasoned accountant, Raymond brings over two decades of experience in business partnering, financial reporting and corporate exercises. This spans a diverse organisational structure, including small and medium businesses (SMBs), listed entities and multinational corporations, across New Zealand and Malaysia. Having held senior finance positions, he is skilled at budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and overall financial management of a business.
Raymond graduated from Monash University Australia in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in both Accounting and Banking & Finance. He is a qualified accountant and a member of CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.Â
